Top 5 tips to help your cat sitter

ONE

Communicate with your cat sitter.

Both parties need to be comfortable the other is doing everything they can to minimise risk.

TWO

Meet and greet your cat sitter online.

After initial registration, virtual consultations can help us understand your cats requirments in just the same way physical consultation did previously.

THREE

Arrange contactless key collection and return.

Help us collect and return your house keys contact free by dropping them off to us, or agreeing a time we can meet in your front/back garden.

FOUR

Leave cats items in one place accessible by your cat sitter.

Leaving your cats food, toys, litter, spare bowls, scoop etc in one handy space, easily accessible for your cat sitter, minimises your cat sitters movement through your house.

FIVE

Update emergency contact details for you and your cat.

Ensure your cat sitter has a contact in case of emergency for both you and your cat - this includes vets details plus a family member or trusted friend for example.

Please note, if you live in a houseshare we may not be able to visit your cat, while you are away and others are present, but this can be discussed. And as always, we advise you to please follow the government guidelines in this ever evolving situation.
