1.Safe key return is arranged when you are home from your trip. Keys are never posted back through the letter box on our final visit, just incase your return is delayed. You will be asked to complete a Key Release form when we collect your keys, that will give you further info/options

2. PLEASE NOTE We will never leave your keys alongside any information linking them to your home address and when visiting while you are away will be discreet, not drawing attention to an empty house. We do not wear uniform or arrive in a vehicle advertising our service

3. After your first booking you will be automatically charged for repeatedly collecting and returning keys. A £7 collection and drop off fee will be automataically added to your invoice. To avoid this though we are more than happy to hold on to your spare set of keys, you can drop them and collect them from us, or if you have the facility, we can leave your key with reception or concierge after visits are completed.
