Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms
Bookings, Payment & Cancellation Terms as per your invoice with Love Cats Croydon:
PAYMENT TERMS:
· If paying via bank transfer, payment is due on or before 2 working days prior to the bookings start date
- Failure to pay by this date may result in the visits not taking place.
- A £10 late payment fee will be added PER DAY to any invoice not settled by the date above and will accumulate every day until invoice is paid.
By accepting your invoice, you accept the terms of booking and payment.
BOOKING TERMS:
1) Bookings are confirmed at issue of invoice and we operate a 48hr cancellation policy. Any bookings cancelled / changed after this time will still be charged at the full rate.
2) If you return earlier than the end date booked, you will still be charged for the full booking.
3) If you return later than the end date booked and require additional emergency visits, these will be charged at the regular rate plus10% (and are subject to availability).
4) Any booking made with less than 10 days notice, will be subject to a £15 admin fee.
5) Any changes made to your confirmed booking with less than 10 days notice will be subject to a £15 admin fee (if we are able to confirm the changes required)
6) Timings (AM or PM) of visits must be confirmed at booking stage. Visits just once a day may take place at any time, please confirm any preference at point of booking.
7) After your first booking, a single £10 charge will be automatically added to your invoice for key collection and return.
- To avoid this, please feel free to drop key to us/leave with concierge/reception, or we are happy to hold keys between bookings.
- Key arrangements should be made at least 48hrs prior to visits taking place.
UPDATED TERMS FOR DECEMBER 2024 & JANUARY 2025
PLEASE NOTE: An increase of 14 days notice is required for ALL bookings over the Christmas and New Year period. This covers 20th December 2024 to 5th January 2025
Payment for bookings during the holiday period (20th Dec 24 - 5th Jan 25) is due at least 7 working days prior to first date of the visit
Any bookings for the holiday period (20th Dec 24 - 5th Jan 25), cancelled with less than 7 working days notice will still be charged at the full invoiced amount
Any bookings for the holiday period of (20th Dec 24 - 5th Jan 25), changed with less than 7 working days notice will be subject to a £15 admin fee and any additional costs for extra dates / times / sitters
EMERGENCY visits or last minute bookings will be charged at DOUBLE rate over the holiday period (20th Dec 24 - 5th Jan 25)
ALL bookings on public holidays and peak dates will be subject to the regular uplift in pricing for such dates (Dec peak rates apply 20th - 31st Dec 24. Jan peak rates apply 1st - 5th Jan 25)
Please note any bookings and payments with Love Cats Croydon taken via Cat in a Flat will follow their cancellation policy.
CIAF cancellation fee depends on how much notice you give.
There will be NO CANCELLATION FEE if your cat sitting is still at the enquiry stage, even if we have confirmed the dates.
There wil be NO CANCELLATION FEE if you give us 16 days notice on a completed booking.
If you cancel 15 to 8 days before your booking starts you will be fully refunded, excluding the Cat in a Flat fixed £1.50 booking fee.
If you cancel 7 days or less before the booking starts, you may be charged via Cat in a Flat - Love Cats Croydon will then receive up to 30% of that charge.
If you cancel during a booking, there will be no refund.
If you arrive home earlier than expected, there will be no refund.
