BOOKING / PAYMENT / CANCELLATION

LOVE CATS CROYDON - PAYMENT TERMS:

·        YOUR BOOKING IS ONLY SECURED ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED

·        Failure to pay by the date highlighted on your invoice may result in the visits not taking place, and your cat sitter being cancelled.

·        A £7 late payment fee will be automatically added PER DAY to any invoice not settled by the date above and will accumulate every day until invoice is paid   

 

LOVE CATS CROYDON - BOOKING TERMS:

·        If you return earlier than the dates booked, no refunds will be issued

·        If you return later than the end date booked and require additional emergency visits, these will be subject to availability, and you may not see the same sitter

·        If specific timings are required per visit, they must be agreed at the stage of request.  FOR SAFETY ALL VISITS WILL TAKE PLACE DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS unless otherwise agreed with your sitter prior

·        If your sitter must undertake unexpected tasks while at any visits, that run to 30mins longer than booked, one further drop-in visit will be charged. 

·        PAYMENT is due at least 7 days before bookings begin: as per the payment terms

·        CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 7 days before bookings begin: We operate a 7-day cancellation period therefore any cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice, will still be charged

·        BOOKING REQUESTS should be made with at least 7 days’ notice: Any booking made with less than 7 days’ notice, will be subject to a £7 admin fee if we can accommodate

·        CHANGES (of dates or times) must be confirmed with at least 7 days notice: Any changes (of dates or times) made to your confirmed booking with less than 7 days’ notice, will be subject to a £7 admin fee if we are able to confirm the changes required

·        After your first booking, we will safely retain your key

*If you prefer keys returned a £7 charge will be automatically added to your invoice.

*If we continue to collect and return keys, this £7 applies for each collection and each drop back

*To avoid this charge, you can leave keys with reception/concierge if you have the facility

*Key arrangements must be confirmed at least 48hrs prior to visits taking place

Please note any bookings and payments taken via Cat in a Flat will follow their cancellation policy.

CIAF cancellation fee depends on how much notice you give.

  • There will be NO CANCELLATION FEE if your cat sitting is still at the enquiry stage, even if we have confirmed the dates.

  • There wil be NO CANCELLATION FEE if you give us 16 days notice on a completed booking.

  • If you cancel 15 to 8 days before your booking starts you will be fully refunded, excluding the Cat in a Flat fixed £1.50 booking fee.

  • If you cancel 7 days or less before the booking starts, you may be charged via Cat in a Flat - Love Cats Croydon will then receive up to 30% of that charge.

  • If you cancel during a booking, there will be no refund.

  • If you arrive home earlier than expected, there will be no refund.
