CAT SITTING - DROP IN VISIT
Available as a daily drop in
A standard service, where your cat sitter will stay up to 30 minutes in order to feed, clean bowls, change water and sort litter in accordance with your requirements.
Play time and cuddles are included in all visits!
Daily updates including pics and videos will be sent after each visit as standard.
Any home essentials can be discussed when booking such as watering plants, putting out bins, drawing curtains etc.

CAT SITTING - SIGNATURE SERVICE
Our MOST POPULAR SERVICE for all cats
Visits include everything a drop in cat sitting does, however we stay longer with your cats/kittens to ensure they all get the attention they deserve!
Feeding, watering, litter check/change and all the basics will be covered, with extra time time to interact, to play and to give each cat enough fuss.
Daily updates including pics and videos will be sent after each visits as standard.
If you have a multicat household, are away for a week or more or have a cat who requires medication - we strongly recommend booking our signature service.
OVERNIGHT CAT SITS

CAT SITTING - OVERNIGHT STAYS
*Available with Sharon ONLY*
Overnight visits include food, water, litter check/change both PM and AM each time.
The sitter will then stay overnight in your home to ensure your cat(s) receive attention should they need overnight, and that any medication can be administered at the same time each morning and evening.
Overnight visit requirements must be discussed well in advance and the ability to turn off any in-home recording devices by the sitter is essential when they are staying.
NOTE - the sitter will not stay in the house during all of the daytime as well as through the night.

Our bespoke visits allow you to fully design how we can help. From the amount of time spent with your feline friend, to the specific and individual requirements they deserve. Whether thats administering medication throughout the day, feeding at regular intervals or simply being there to watch them while you’re working overtime.
We will as standard, include feeding, watering, cleaning and/or changing litter in accordance with your requirements, and play time is included in all visits!

Additional Fees (Rule of 7)
KEY FEES
Other than your first booking, if we need to collect or drop back your keys, a standard key fee of £7 per collections / drop off will be automatically added to your invoice.
SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS
Bookings made with less than 7 days notice will incur an additional £7 admin charge. This covers the time / logistics incurred in amending other bookings, routes and visits to accommodate.
PEAK PRICING
Please note we charge an additional 50% on all public holidays and plus 15% on peak dates.
Passing on the uplift to our sitters for public holidays encourages more availability for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We operate a simple 7 day cancellation policy.
Any bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will still be charged in full
LATE PAYMENT FEES
Payments are due 7 days prior to your visits starting. Any bookings NOT paid by the dates shown on individual invoices will incur a late payment fee of £7 PER DAY overdue
ADDITIONAL TIME/TASKS
In undertaking unexpected tasks while at any sittings, that run over 30mins longer than booked, one further visit will be charged.
