PLEASE NOTE: Love Cats Croydon will not contact you for anything other than the newsletter you subscribe to OR with legitimate interest updates of our services to our clients only.

During bookings we will use WhatsApp for all updates and sitters will be added and taken out of WhatsApp groups as appropriate.

We will never ask for bank or payment details, these are taken securely via the booking links on Cat in a Flat and via the STRIPE portal only. If booking directly with Love Cats Croydon we will NEVER ask you for payment info, instead sending you our payment info for bank transfer.

We will never keep your keys alongside any documentation linking them to your address, or label them with your location.
