1. We recommend keeping to your cats natural routines, so if you have an indoor/outdoor cat and a cat flap they are free to use anytime, you can leave as is for them. You will be asked to sign and Outdoor Cat Waiver as its possible we may not see the cat on our visits if its outside when we arrive.

HOWEVER: A lot of clients prefer (and we often advise for safety) keeping your cat indoors while you are away. Even if they area used ot going outside. If its a short booking, our visits will keep them company. Remember play time is included in all visits and if youre away for longer periods, the Signature Service is advised for that extra time with your feline friend.
