1. All drop in visits last for approx 30mins unless otherwse sepcified. We aim to keep to your cats routine so will visit at their usual feeding times if appropriate. We can provide a quick stop/welfare check too at a minimum 20mins.

2. Depending how many cats you have in the household or your specific requriements during a visit, our stay can be longer. We advise you book a double visit for multicat households (more than 3), or for cats that need to be brought in at night, or require medication and are fussy about taking it! Alternatively if would prefer a quick stop we are happy to do that too.

3. Bespoke services and overnight visits can last much longer and timings/requirements can be discussed at the time of booking. We are always flexible and will cater to your cats individual needs.
