1. Book your cat sitting by heading to our Services page, choose the service your require and click the orange BOOK button. You can then fill out the email template with your request and we will reply within 2-3 days.

2. If this is your first booking request, we will arrange a complimentary initial consultation/meet and greet to get to know you and your cats requirements. Here we can complete all the necessary paperwork, answer any further queries and take away your spare key.

3. If you have booked with us before, we will simply email back your confirmation and invoice (or reply with any further questions from our side)

Your confirmation means your sitting is confirmed, your sitter has been assigned and everything is in the diary. NOTE: Your booking is only SECURED once payment has been received. Payment dates will be on all invoices and an auto reminder will be emailed to you as you approach your payment date / free cancellation cut off period.

4. Once booked, confirmed, invoiced and paid - your sitter is secured so you can sit back, relax and prepar for your holiday! We will check in just before you head off to in case of any last minute updates and then keep in touch while you are away with pics and updates!
