1. We are happy to administer medication if your cat requires - following any instructions, adhering to timings and keeping routines your cat is used to as closely as possible. You will be asked to complete a Medication Permission form at the meet and greet (you can complete that in advance HERE)

2. If your cat is injured or gets sick during a booking, we will contact you to let you know. At the initial consultation you will be asked to complete a Vet Release form (you can also download HERE) so we have your vets details and your permission to pay for treatment. Any costs incurred will be covered by us and invoiced on your return. Nothing will be paid for without your consent, unless in an emergency and treatment is approved/recommended by the vet.
